The kiwi are monitored via remote telemetry equipment. Apart from a six monthly health check and battery change, they are left free to roam. The information received from their transmitters gives amazing insights into their behaviour, lifestyles and activity. You too can share in their adventures!

Your sponsorship helps Kiwi Coast Trust support and enable community-led kiwi projects to ensure Northland kiwi are free to roam and able to thrive in the wild.
